Primary Teacher Year 3

Hays Recruitment are proud to be supporting an Ofsted rated "Good" Primary School in Runcorn as they require a Year 3 Teacher for an ongoing temporary contract. The role is initially for two full-terms but may be extended for the full academic year. This school is welcoming applications from experienced teachers, ECT's and NQT's that have previous KS2 experience. Your new role In your new role as a Year 3 class teacher, you will be required to plan, prepare and deliver all aspects of learning materials, and cover the KS2 curriculum. You will deliver to a medium-sized class of mixed ability Year 3 pupils and follow the values and standards of the school. You will engage and monitor behaviour management by utilising behaviour for learning methods. You will ensure pupil engagement by differentiating materials to suit pupils preferred learning method and delivering lessons in a stimulating and accessible manner. You will collaborate with other staff members to boost student engagement.
